Teleios Global FZ-LLC. Owns and operates the Teleios Dome . This Policy describes the information we collect when you use Teleios Dome’s website, services, products and content (“Services”). This Privacy Policy is understood as information notice pursuant to the United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE Data Protection Law”) and applies to the personal data relating to the user, collected by Teleios Global FZ LLC, with registered office at SH, PBU-D65, Ground Floor, Dubai Production City, UAE, in its quality of data controller (hereinafter “Teleios”, the “Controller”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as appropriate) or communicated to us by third parties to which you have provided it (hereinafter the “Personal Data”), and processed through the website www.teleiosdome.com (hereinafter the “Website”).

Your Personal Data may be collected on this Website for the following reasons:
To permit Your registration and usage the services that we provide to You through the Website;
To fulfill your information requests and answer queries you may have;
To send you (subject to Your consent) informative and promotional (marketing) materials relating to your interests in terms of our Website and our activities, including invitations to events or other initiatives;

In accordance with Article 4 (11) of the UAE Data Protection Law, the processing of your Personal Data for the purpose under part (e) does not require your consent as it is necessary to fulfill the legal or regulatory obligations to which we are subject.
The processing of your Personal Data for the purposes under part (f) does not require your consent as it is necessary to pursue the legitimate interest of the data controller, pursuant to Article 4 (3) of the UAE Data Protection Law.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you make a booking on our website or fill out a form.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Stripe and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
